Supporting Carers in Hertfordshire

We are pleased to be supporting unpaid family and friend carers with an offer as part of Carers in Hertfordshire’s

Carers’ Passport Discount Card.

 

Carers in Hertfordshire is a countywide charity providing free information and support to unpaid carers - people looking after someone who is ill, elderly, has a physical or learning disability, or who misuses drugs or alcohol. The charity supports unpaid carers of all ages – children and adults – living, working or caring in Hertfordshire. Bereaved carers can also be supported for up to three years after the death of the person they looked after.

Note: The discount is for the named carer on the passport only.  It is to support the 'carer' and provide important rest bite and promote healthy well-being, so it is towards the classes they will attend in person.  This offer cannot be transferred to any one else (ie. not for the person being cared for).
