ADULT MUSICAL DANCE CLASS
Think Hairspray, Saturday Night Fever, Dirty Dancing, Singing in the Rain, Chorus Line..... Have you always wanted to dance to those show stopping numbers?
Our regular fun & friendly class uses 'SHOW TUNES' as the theme for some energetic dance workout or soft and lyrical... its always a new style to keep everyone on their toes and makes everyone into such versitile dancers.
So if there is a style you would like to learn or you have a favourite musical just let us know. We advise beginners to start at the beginning of a term or when we will be starting a new routine. Those with dance experience can start anytime but whatever your standard, put on your dancing shoes and come and join us.... Plus, you wont even know that you are burning of those calories using dance to get a full body workout!
Shows / Performances are Optional for those who like to experience the stage.
An Qualified RAD / ISTD dance teacher will give you a non-stop fantastic class.
I have loved attending the adult theatre dance class. Thinking back it must be 13 years of classes with you starting with salsa.
I have learnt so much and had so much fun. Putting aside the obvious physical benefits, being an older lady I have also found the classes mentally beneficial as it helps you focus when learning new routines and also relieves stress. I have also loved the shows which I have participated in, a massive boost to confidence and self esteem.
