Yoga Class for all Ages
Our Beginner Pilates & Body Conditioning Class for Adults/Senior students will take you step-by-step through how we build a healthy body.  Whatever your reason to join a class, Pilates is perfect.. maybe you want tone the body, rehabilitate, correct your posture, do gentle exercise or reduce your stress levels for instance.  You learn the fundermentals on how to exercise safely to gain the maximum benefits for your own body and are in charge of your own goals.  
This will be a beginners class for any age and is also great for students who want a career in dance as Pilates is the top body conditioning done.
